Mbale High School welcomes students of all faiths and none. We are a Christian foundation by heritage, but our Muslim students worship freely on campus, with their own chaplain and dedicated Friday prayer time.
Sunday services are held in the school chapel, an Anglican rite by tradition though students of all Christian denominations are welcome. A Roman Catholic priest visits twice a term for Mass, and Pentecostal fellowship meets on Wednesday evenings.
Mbale High has a dedicated prayer room in the dining block extension. Friday Jumua prayers are conducted by the School Imam, with students excused from afternoon lessons. Quran study groups meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Mbale Catholic Diocese. Visits twice a term to celebrate Mass with Catholic students.
