The Prefects Council (Prefecon) is elected by the student body each November to serve for a one year term. They act as the formal channel of communication between students and school administration.
S6 PCM. Directs the Prefects Council, liaises with the Headteacher, and leads school assemblies.
S6 HEG. Co chairs Prefects Council, represents girls welfare, coordinates community outreach.
S6 PCB. Coordinates prep supervision, peer study groups, and academic club activities.
S6 PCM. Coordinates inter house sports meets, equipment store, and first team matches.
Responsible for checking dormitory cleanliness, coordination of weekend general work, and general beautification of our grounds.
Manages the school main noticeboards, updates weekly news summaries, and maintains the public address speaker system.
Manages prep order, dining hall queue supervision, and student dietary suggestions submitted to the school chef.
Coordinates chapel layouts, coordinates hymns with choirs, and schedules helpers for weeknight local prayers.
Liaises with HoD Co Curricular to organise saturday evening films, terminal mixers, and sound systems for major events.
Assists the school librarian, monitors library silent study compliance, and manages the textbook return drives.
