Mbale High School is a sports powerhouse in Eastern Uganda. We compete in local leagues, regional school qualifiers, and national championships each year.
Our top tier sports structure, fielding school boys and school girls first teams. Home matches are played on the main pitch, with regional qualifiers starting in Term 1.
A highly competitive girls discipline. We train three times a week on the modern open hard courts, with friendly tournaments against schools in Mbale and Tororo.
Sprints, middle-distance running, high jump, long jump, and shot put. Tracks are prepared each Term 1 for the inter house track and field events.
A full sized natural grass pitch with concrete spectator steps for up to one thousand supporters. Renovated with new drainage systems in 2024.
Two concrete courts painted in the school deep blue, equipped with dual hoops for netball and basketball practice.
An eight lane grass track surrounding the main oval, utilized for standard field events and school physical education lessons.
Located in the assembly block basement, housing three table tennis stations and equipment for indoor chess and scrabble leagues.
